Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to websites, products, pilots, APIs, managed services, and related materials made available by Extreme AI Labs Pte Ltd under the Nebulux name.

2. Services

Nebulux may provide compute access, deployment support, token routing, storage procurement, technical consulting, and related infrastructure services. Specific commercial terms are set out in signed order forms or master agreements.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the services to violate law, infringe rights, bypass security controls, disrupt networks, train or deploy unlawful systems, or handle regulated data without appropriate authorization and controls.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for authorized users, credentials, API keys, workload configuration, and security of systems that connect to Nebulux services.

5. Customer content and data

You retain ownership of content and data you submit. You grant Nebulux the rights needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the services, subject to applicable agreements and law.

6. Fees and payment

Fees, deposits, usage charges, taxes, payment timing, and cancellation terms will be described in the applicable commercial agreement.

7. Compliance

Each party is responsible for compliance with applicable export controls, sanctions, data protection, procurement, and sector-specific requirements.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Services are provided subject to the applicable agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nebulux disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

Nebulux may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, non-payment, unlawful use, or where required by law or supplier restriction.
